We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a part-time/standby basis. This role focuses specifically on turnover cleanings for Airbnb and vacation rental properties in Santa Monica and the Los Angeles area. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and the ability to respond to cleaning requests with short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough turnover cleanings between guest stays
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists specific to each property
• Restock supplies and prepare properties for new guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Report any maintenance issues or property damage
• Respond to cleaning requests with flexibility and reliability

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to various locations in Santa Monica and LA area
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Good time management and reliable communication
