Terms and Conditions of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all clients (“Client” or “you”) who have received a quotation from Calabasas Clean, have paid for our cleaning service, and/or have received service from us (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

General

  1. All fragile items within the cleaning area must be properly secured or removed by the Client before the cleaning service commences.
  2. The Client must provide access to a functioning hot water supply and electrical power during the cleaning appointment.
  3. If the Client will not be present at the premises during the cleaning, they must provide clear instructions on how our team can gain access to the property.

Pricing

  1. We reserve the right to amend any estimates provided by our service advisors or through our booking form. In such cases, the Client will be notified before service is rendered.
  2. Estimates or charges for the initial cleaning may not necessarily reflect the pricing of future appointments. The pricing for subsequent appointments will be discussed with the Client following the initial service and before scheduling future appointments.

Payments

  1. Unless otherwise arranged prior to the service, payment is due on the day of the cleaning.
  2. We accept payment in the form of cash and credit card.

Promotions

  1. Coupons applied to the initial booking will not be carried over to future appointments.

Complaints and Claims

  1. In the event of a complaint or claim, we must be notified within 48 hours after the completion of the service.
  2. Complaints may be lodged via phone or email.
  3. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. Upon receiving a complaint or claim, we will promptly investigate the issue and collaborate with the Client to find a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning date and time without incurring a financial penalty.
  2. If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $70 will be applied. This fee is necessary due to scheduling and lost work when last-minute cancellations occur.
  3. In cases where our cleaning team cannot access the property to perform the cleaning (e.g., non-functional keys, turned away, etc.), the Client is required to pay a fee of $70.
